What are Custom Made Orthotics?

Does my insurance plan cover Custom Made Orthotics?
Yes. Most insurance plans will cover Custom Made Orthotics through your workplace health plans, and some may need a Physician’s referral. After receiving your Orthotics, you will be issued a receipt that you can directly send to your insurance company to reimburse the cost of them.
